HOW WE HANDLE THE INFORMATION YOU SEND US

Iconostock is building a platform for archive footage discovery and licensing. For any question about this notice or your information, email hello@iconostock.com.

Only what you choose to send through the enquiry forms on this site: your name, any organisation, email address, optional telephone number, the description of your archive or footage requirement, and the options you select. We do not accept footage uploads.

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether the material or requirement is a fit, and to keep you informed about Iconostock if you have asked us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Submitting an enquiry does not grant Iconostock permission to access, analyse, represent, license or train on your material. Enquiry information is not transferred into any AI training system. Answers about possible future AI-related uses are collected for research and discussion only and are never treated as permission or consent.

Enquiries are submitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a secure database that is not readable from the public website. Access is restricted to the people who need it in order to reply to you. Simple anti-spam checks are applied to submissions.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on the conversation, and delete them on request.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used. Names, contact details, footage descriptions and private sample links are never sent to analytics — only general, non-identifying information such as which section was viewed and which broad option categories were selected.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@iconostock.com and we will action it.
